New ideas, new applications, sensorial evaluation and formulation support
Prodotti Gianni has an application laboratory certified ISO 9001 which occupies an area of 100 sq.mt., subdivided in white area and colour area.
Our staff, with experience, knowledge and passion can support whatever needs the customer has, starting from the evaluation of the performance of raw materials up to singling out the formulations which satisfy economic needs. Our laboratories, the instruments and the competence allow us to offer all round solutions, starting from the study of feasibility of the projects up to the realization of the prototypes.
In particular we can offer assistance for:
- Evaluation and study of raw materials, offering suggestions on the best way to use them;
- Development of new formulations;
- Restyling existing formulas with an aim to:
- Improve appearance;
- Increase stability;
- Optimize the production process;
- The study of new applications;
- The sensory evaluation of the formulas;
- Execution of the stability test.
Moreover, our laboratories and our personnel can be assigned to the Customer for executing formulation trials.
Technical and formulation support
Prior to being approved and published, the Prodotti Gianni formulas undergo an evaluation test of the physical, cosmetic and sensorial properties and they have to overcome at least 3 months of accelerated stability.
